Must remove rust from exterior of walk in coolers. Must repair or replace damaged walls to be smooth and easily cleanable in all prep areas and where needed.

- comments: previous priority foundation violation from report #2369440 4/20/20 not corrected #38-still observing evidence of appx. 500 or more mice droppings on floor under ,around and along wall bases in prep & dish washing areas,food & storage shelves and can goods,reach in cooler & freezers, walk in coolers,all rear & front storage areas,service counter area(shelves and floor). Tool storage,chip display boxes,outlet boxes,ledges and motors at deli display units. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 5/4/20. (priority 7-42-090)
