- comments: observed improper thawing of food in standing water inside left compartment of 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to properly thaw under cold running water, refrigeration or part of cooking process.

- comments: observed over 30 mice droppings on floor inside breakroom furnace closet. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed single service cups stored on floor in prep area. Instructed manager to elevate all single service articles six inches off floor.

- comments: observed loose faucet on left hand washing sink in large west childrens washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed stained ceiling tiles in staff washroom near kitchen, observed missing outlet cover along wall in unused west classroom. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.
