I had a lettuce bowl with steak yesterday around noon. Lettuce, brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, beef, cheese, sour cream, hot salsa. This morning, I started having horrible, squeezing pain up near my solar plexus that came in waves. The pain was very intense, it would double me over as a wave hit.
