I had a lettuce bowl with steak yesterday around noon. Lettuce, brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, beef, cheese, sour cream, hot salsa. This morning, I started having horrible, squeezing pain up near my solar plexus that came in waves. The pain was very intense, it would double me over as a wave hit. Within a couple hours of when the pain started, I started getting nauseous, then started horrible diarrhea and vomiting. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战
