- comments: observed food items stored on floor in basement prep area , walk in cooler and boxed items throughout basement storage area must elevate to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed scoops stored inside of bulk food storage containers must remove and store in a proper manner.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: must apply a sealant or paint raw wood storage shelving unit in dining area under condiment station.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed no grease trap at 3- compartment sink on 1st fl. Must install and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no lids on garbage cans in women's toilet rooms must provide and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside grease container lid pushed back from on top of container with grease on exterior lid and trash on ground around grease container. Must place lid to be tight fitting,clean lid and remove trash from ground for area to be clean and maintained. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)(citation issued)
