Report date: May 11, 202616. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed low-temperature dishwashing machine behind bar area (not in use at the time of the inspection) not properly sanitizing. Sanitizing strength of sanitizer (chlorine) at the time of inspection was o ppm. Instructed not to use until equipment is properly sanitizing. Unit tagged, please review comments for tag removal instructions. Priority violation 7-38-025, no citation issued
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 25 or more live, small flies in prep and bar areas. Small flies were found on the walls in near the elevator, on boxes, on wall above prep cooler, flying in bar area. Instructed to eliminate small fly activity, clean, and sanitize all affected surfaces. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued.

- comments: observed the double doors in the garbage storage area with small openings at the bottom. Instructed to rodent proof mentioned doors and maintain.

- comments: observed spoons and butter knives stored in the dishwashing area not inverted. Instructed to invert and maintain.

- comments: observed the interior of the ice machine with slight brow build up on the panel above the ice. Instructed to clean, sanitize and maintain.

- comments: observed the top, rear part of the prep cooler near the dry storage goods in need of cleaning. Found food crumbs and packages of ketchup in mentioned cooler. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed two garbage dumpsters overflowing with trash and preventing proper lid closure. Instructed to always have dumpster lid closed to prevent food source for pest priority foundation 7-38-020(b), citation issued
