- comments: observed residue on interior panel of ice machine. Instructed manager to clean and sanitize non-food contact surfaces and equipment.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need cleaning through out along the wall base and in corners to remove spills,grease and debris. Also clean and replace all missing floor drain covers.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed the light shield inside the walk in freezer in poor repair. Must replace and maintain.
