- comments: observed no hand washing sink in front of drink prep area. Were there 3-plastic drink dispensers with lemonade, tea, and kool-aid, and an ice bin with ice and several bottles of spirit blends? must install a hand washing with hot and cold running water, soap, and towels or remove drinks and ice from the area.
