- comments: observed no pest control log book on the premises. Management instructed to provide a pest control log book from a licensed pest control company. Priority foundation 7-38-020(c). Citation issued.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: the ventilation fan in the washroom is not operational. Management instructed to provide a working ventilation fan in the washroom.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from report #2300710 on 7/5/19 not corrected: 55 - noted heavy clutter throughout establishment basement storage area. Instructed to detail clean, organize and remove all unnecessary or unused articles and equipment to prevent hiding places for pest. Must upgrade housing keeping. 57 - observed no food handler's training certification from employee. Instructed that all employees must comply with food handler's training in accordance with the food handling regulation enforcement act. 58 - noted certified food managers on duty with no allergen training certification. Instructed management that all food service managers are required to have the allergen training certification. Priority foundation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
