Cheese pizza I had them make a new one
I ate two slices one pepperoni one cheese
Went to bed 6 hrs later

Ate at 10 am 6/8/18 : Crunchwrap w beans instead of beef, no cheese or sour cream & side of plain potatoes & breakfast salsa. Started feeling poorly around 9 or 10pm and started violently vomiting from 1 am to 7 am. Couldn’t even keep water down.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
