I was at Panera bread with my family. After we left, we were at a store and I started to feel sick. When I got home I was super nauseated and I was sweating so much. I kept burping and my stomach was so tight and strained.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Burping

Ate at 10 am 6/8/18 : Crunchwrap w beans instead of beef, no cheese or sour cream & side of plain potatoes & breakfast salsa. Started feeling poorly around 9 or 10pm and started violently vomiting from 1 am to 7 am. Couldn’t even keep water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
