3.30 pm Friday 9th Feb, regular katsu with rice. Its all I ate that day and I've been incredibly sick since, lost loads of work as a result and suffering would be an understatement.

I ordered a large tub of chilli chicken with white rice. When I got home to Worthing I was violently sick and had other dreadful symptoms.
