I ordered the $4 meal deal with the Cheese Double Burger, Regular Fries, Apple Pie, and Funnel Cake Fries, and a Coke. I didn’t eat anything prior or after. Symptoms showed up a few hours later (severe nausea, diarrhea, cramps, fever, vomiting)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
