Myself and 3 others ate here for lunch on Tuesday 4/23 at 1:30. Between 8:30 and 10pm all of us were violently ill until about 4am. We had the left overs for dinner at about 7 which may have been the reason for it lasting so long.… شاهد المزيد

On Tuesday April 15th, my wife, daughter and I purchased one ultimate combo with added chilli and cheese on the hot dog. We also purchased two more chilli/cheese dogs at 12:45-13:00. We noticed something was "off" with the hot dogs after only a couple bites. Didn't finish… شاهد المزيد

Had Chicken Crunch Sandwich and Macaroni Salad at KFC Taco Bell. Had meal at around 7 pm. Symptoms developed overnight and last all of the next day. Onset of symptoms: 12-14 hours. I was the only one that had this food combo so I'm thinking it was one of these items.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان
