Myself and 3 others ate here for lunch on Tuesday 4/23 at 1:30. Between 8:30 and 10pm all of us were violently ill until about 4am. We had the left overs for dinner at about 7 which may have been the reason for it lasting so long.… See more

Had Chicken Crunch Sandwich and Macaroni Salad at KFC Taco Bell. Had meal at around 7 pm. Symptoms developed overnight and last all of the next day. Onset of symptoms: 12-14 hours. I was the only one that had this food combo so I'm thinking it was one of these items.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
