I went to get a junior McChicken a few hours ago and right when I got home, I was getting really bad stomach issues and I've been having diarrhea, fever, shaking, nausea, vomiting, and I am very dehydrated. I can't get off the toilet. I lay in bed for five minutes and I get back up again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Shaking, Dehydration

My daughter had a cheese pizza for dinner and was up with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea all night. The sad part is we went to this restaurant with friends from the area that joked they had gotten sick from eating there before. Not sure why we went there after that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
