I went to get a junior McChicken a few hours ago and right when I got home, I was getting really bad stomach issues and I've been having diarrhea, fever, shaking, nausea, vomiting, and I am very dehydrated. I can't get off the toilet. I lay in bed for five minutes and I get back up again.
