I purchased some ready made chicken last night 09/05/23 and this morning my whole family is very sick from it. Tried contacting Walmart but can’t get in contact with anyone that can help with in store purchases and keep getting transferred to customer service that won’t answer phones.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got a jalapeño cheese taquito from here at 11pm. After I ate it I didn’t really feel good and went to bed. I woke up vomiting, chills and fever, so much pain, Diarrhoea… it was TERRIBLE. I ended up having to go to the ER it was so bad. It happened on April 28th 2022  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Ordered chicken with my three daughters last night and upon getting home me and my kids were all violently ill ( about 3 hours after eating ) when i called the establishment, they called me a liar and hung up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
