Chills and threw up. Woke again and continued vomiting. Spent today flushing my stomach out, chills stopped mid afternoon. Burger purchased a Hyde Restaurant Had a burger and a pint, bed around 1130. Woke at 3 with, I will confirm with my friends, three of us had burgers  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Chills

O&C beef burger at Oak n Cru, We had hamburgers for dinner at Oak + Cru. I woke up middle of the night not feeling well, nauseous. I had diarrhea and nausea all day and still do.
