On Tuesday April 15th, my wife, daughter and I purchased one ultimate combo with added chilli and cheese on the hot dog. We also purchased two more chilli/cheese dogs at 12:45-13:00. We noticed something was "off" with the hot dogs after only a couple bites. Didn't finish… 更多

Hard to say. Ate at a restaurant and at my aunt's on Sunday, no one else got sick. Ate around 2pm at UVic because i was feeling sick and assumed low blood sugar, Would have been around 22 hours later. Only one sick out of two of… 更多

Had Chicken Crunch Sandwich and Macaroni Salad at KFC Taco Bell. Had meal at around 7 pm. Symptoms developed overnight and last all of the next day. Onset of symptoms: 12-14 hours. I was the only one that had this food combo so I'm thinking it was one of these items.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
