    I ate the food from the boat tour, drank coconut water directly from the coconut but it doesn’t taste like fresh coconut, I had diarrhea the following day, vomited, can’t even breathe properly, and had fever for 3 days. It was traumatic for me.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, آخر, حمى

    Not sure  Possibly food cooked on boat tour.  Just myself, other people with me were from Philippines & didn’t seem to have any problems.  The tour was arranged by Ikonic tours-they took care of air, hotel & tours.  | الأعراض: إسهال
