أكلت حوالي الساعة 4 مساءً, حصلت على وعاء بوريتو ضخم, كيسو, اثنين من السالسا, خس, جبنة, دجاج, شريحة لحم, غواك. شعرت بخير ثم استيقظت حوالي الساعة 5 صباحًا وأنت تشعر بالانتفاخ الشديد ولا يمكن أن تغفو مرة أخرى. تقيأ عدة مرات طوال اليوم التالي وشعرت بالخمول الشديد.  | الأعراض: قيء, الانتفاخ
