Went there around 9 got it home around 9:20am are I went to bed around 1:30am to be woken up by the need to poop and throw up at the same time and it’s been like that for the last 4-5 hours no sleep stomach ache nausea throwing up and pooping  | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, غثيان

شبوتل، اشترى بوريتو الدجاج في شبوتل 2 منا مرضت. بدأت أعراض الغثيان تظهر في غضون ساعات قليلة. قبل 6 ساعات كنت أتقيأ وأعاني من الإسهال. استمر هذا حتى الصباح. في اليوم التالي شعرت بالدوار وأعاني من أعراض الحمى.  | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, غثيان, حمى, الدوخة
