كان لدي سلطة بناء الخاصة بك لتناول طعام الغداء - مع الرومين والزيتون والذرة والجبن ولحم الخنزير المقدد والدجاج، مع صلصة المزرعة. بعد حوالي 7 ساعات بدأت في الحصول على آلام شديدة في المعدة ثم بدأ الإسهال. لقد كان فظيعًا!  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, ألم المعدة

I ate at Chipotle in Commerce at the outlet mall this afternoon and had a salad with chicken and steak, sour cream, quac, cheese and medium salsa. Got sick 10 minutes later and have been sick since then (4.5 hours).  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
