أكلت سمك السلمون والأرز والقرنبيط والجزر الصغير، وأكلت وحدي في حوالي الساعة 6:30 مساءً. في غضون 1.5 ساعة بدأت أشعر بالانتفاخ، الغثيان بعد حوالي 3 ساعات. بدأ القيء المقذوف في 4 ساعات، واستمر حوالي 6 ساعات. الإسهال في 6 ساعات. قشعريرة ودوخة. اختفت الأعراض في 10 ساعات  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, الدوخة, قشعريرة, الانتفاخ
