أكلت أزمة التفاف سوبريم وبيل غراندي ناتشوز ليلة السبت. بدأ تشنج المعدة وعدم الراحة على الفور. حدث القيء بعد حوالي 6 ساعات من تناول الطعام. استمر الإسهال والقيء والحمى وآلام المعدة في اليوم التالي. بعد 48 ساعة، لا يزال التشنج في المعدة وعدم الراحة موجودًا.
