Had the broccoli salad from the salad bar yesterday. Was up all night and all day vomiting with diarrhea. My daughter had the same meal as I did yesterday, only thing different was the broccoli salad.  Just me. Ate around 3 pm, symptoms hit at 2 am  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء

تناول القهوة والدونات المزجج في الساعة 900 صباحًا في 1025. اضطررت إلى ترك العمل مبكرًا لأنني شعرت بالغثيان. وصلت إلى المنزل وتعاني من الحمى وآلام في الجسم. تقيأ 2x في تلك الليلة وكان لديه إسهال متفجر من الساعة 1100 مساءً إلى الساعة 8:30 صباحًا كل نصف ساعة إلى ساعة تقريبًا.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, آلام الجسم

Shortly after eating a chicken quesadilla and a mild naked chicken chalupa on July 2, I started experiencing stomach cramping, gurgling, and diarrhea that was consistent into the next day.
