Had the broccoli salad from the salad bar yesterday. Was up all night and all day vomiting with diarrhea. My daughter had the same meal as I did yesterday, only thing different was the broccoli salad.  Just me. Ate around 3 pm, symptoms hit at 2 am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had a coffee and glazed donut at 900 am on 1025. Had to leave work early because I felt nauseous. Got home and had a fever and body aches. Vomited 2x that night and had explosive diarrhea from 1100pm to 830am about every half hour to hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache

Shortly after eating a chicken quesadilla and a mild naked chicken chalupa on July 2, I started experiencing stomach cramping, gurgling, and diarrhea that was consistent into the next day.
