I went to White Castle late night and tried the new chicken fajita slider and I woke up at 5 AM puking and it’s now 4:30 in the afternoon and I cannot get off the toilet. I have chills and I’m really sick and I was fine earlier.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Cheese sliders on Wednesday March 18 for dinner. Horrible nausea and vomiting within 2 hours that lasted until morning. Then it switched to diarrhea, chills, and a horrible headache for another day.
