Cheese sliders on Wednesday March 18 for dinner. Horrible nausea and vomiting within 2 hours that lasted until morning. Then it switched to diarrhea, chills, and a horrible headache for another day. Finally, just have horrible reflux, chills, occasional diarrhea and exhaustion after 2 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Acid reflux

Ate white castles around 9:30 last night Woke up in the night throwing up and diarrhea and still doing it. That was all I ate yesterday except a protein bar earlier in the day and some pretzels in the afternoon for a snack. I know it was the castles.
