I ate a Grilled chicken meal 1 hour after eating I became ill. Headache, nausea and diarrhea. After 3 days of not feeling better I ran a fever. Went to the hospital to get checked and tested positive for E.Coli.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache

I purchased a 8 pack from Costco. Cooked one tonight and within a hour I've been vomiting and having diarrhea for the past 3 hours. Severe stomach cramps and a headache. I felt fine until I ate it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Vomiting
