تناولت شطيرة دجاج Asiago مع زريعة صغيرة حصلت عليها حوالي الساعة 8:30 بدأت تتقيأ حوالي منتصف الليل وكانت مستيقظت كل ساعة منذ ذلك الحين تتقيأ وتذهب إلى الحمام وهي الآن 10 صباحًا وما زلت أشعر بالضعف الشديد والمرض.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ضعف

Our family of 4 ordered a lentil soup, veg soup, 2 lattes, 1 macchiato and 1 bullet proof. None of us had eaten anything before and we have not eaten since. 3 of us ate the soup and all three have severe nausea and diarrhea. One did not and is feeling fine.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان

Had a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch on Wednesday 12/05/18. That night I started having stomach cramps and diarrhea. This continued throughout the night and has not stopped since.
