ذهبت إلى موقع باول - Sawmill Parkway مساء الأحد (07/29/2018) حوالي الساعة 5:30. حصلت على وعاء بوريتو، مع الأرز الأبيض، باراكوا، بينتو الفول، كيسو، السالسا الخضراء، القشدة الحامضة، والجبن. شعرت بالغثيان في وقت لاحق من ذلك المساء، وفي صباح يوم الاثنين استيقظت على الغثيان الشديد والتشنجات والإسهال.… شاهد المزيد

أكلنا في شبوتل في حوالي الساعة 1:30 مساءً يوم الأحد 29 يوليو. ثلاثة منا تناولوا الغداء وثلاثتنا مرضى. كان لدي أرز بني، فاصوليا سوداء، سوفريتاس، صلصة خفيفة، ذرة وخس. الأعراض هي الإسهال، تشنج المعدة، المؤلم في كل مكان، قشعريرة متعبة للغاية. بدأت الأعراض كلها في صباح اليوم… شاهد المزيد
