18 سبتمبر الساعة 4 مساءً تناول الطعام في تكساس رودهاوس جاتلينبرج تينيسي شريحة لحم متوسطة, بطاطا مخبوزة عادي, سلطة صلصة فرنسية. شعرت بالمرض في تلك الليلة عادت إلى المنزل في 19 سبتمبر الإسهال آلام شديدة في المعدة. في المستشفى 22-24 سبتمبر للتسمم الغذائي ecoli. يتعافى في المنزل على المضادات الحيوية.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة
