أكلت الطعام ليلة أمس. في الثالثة صباحا استيقظت أشعر بالغثيان الشديد أردت أن أتقيأ. شعرت بالضعف الشديد أيضًا. في الصباح تقيأت 6 مرات وكان تكساس Whopper الذي أكلته من BK. كنت أعاني من الإسهال في تلك الليلة وفي الصباح. لا أستطيع أن آكل أي شيء أشعر بالمرض الشديد.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ضعف

لقد طلبت الدومينو 9/27/18 الساعة 10 مساءً أو نحو ذلك. بدأت تشعر بالمرض في اليوم التالي في الصباح الباكر. بحلول وقت متأخر من المساء 9/28/18 أصيب بالحمى والغثيان وتشنجات البطن والصداع والإسهال الرائحة الكريهة (لون أخضر داكن) 9/29/18 لا يزال يملأ المرض ويصاب بالحمى. لا تزال تعاني من الإسهال المستمر.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, تشنجات, الصداع

carpet in very unsanitary conditions, food on the floor and old food in carpet, roaches in the restroom and no soap to clean hands, restroom very dirty. chairs and tables needing a good wipe down and salt and pepper shakers need cleaning.
