في حوالي الساعة 4 مساءً السبت يوليو 8. حمى غثيان الجسم وآلام في العين والرأس طوال يوم الأحد. الإسهال والتجشؤ ليلة الأحد إلى كل يوم الاثنين. ذهبت إلى الرعاية العاجلة يوم الاثنين. قام NP بتشخيصي بالتهاب المعدة والأمعاء الفيروسي. الإسهال والتجشؤ نصف يوم الثلاثاء. تم الإبلاغ عنه للعمل الأربعاء.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, غاز, التجشؤ

Went Sunday 4/30/17 15 minutes before closing. Food was bland and cold (room temperature). Ordered Billy Barou salad, chips, salsa. Three hours after eating, was light-headed, nauseous , brain fog. It must have lasted all night, because I went to bed and woke up 8 hours later… شاهد المزيد
