7 月 8 日星期六下午 4 点左右吃了。周日整天发烧恶心身体眼睛和头部疼痛。周日晚上至周一全天腹泻和 bel 气。星期一去了紧急护理。NP 诊断出我患有病毒性肠胃炎。星期二半天腹泻和打嗝。周三上班报道。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 煤气, Burping

Went Sunday 4/30/17 15 minutes before closing. Food was bland and cold (room temperature). Ordered Billy Barou salad, chips, salsa. Three hours after eating, was light-headed, nauseous , brain fog. It must have lasted all night, because I went to bed and woke up 8 hours later… 更多
