أكلت يوم الأحد 7/16/17. كان لديه وعاء بوريتو مع الفاصوليا السوداء. كان الابن نفس الشيء مع عدم وجود الفاصوليا وكان على ما يرام. فاتني ما يقرب من 3 أيام من العمل. كنت أعاني من الصداع، والتعرق، والإسهال، والدوخة وكانت معدتي مجرد فقاعات... أبدا مرة أخرى! كان Chipotle المكان المفضل لدي  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, الصداع, الدوخة, التعرق, ألم المعدة

أكلت بوريتو في الساعة 5.40 صباحًا يوم الثلاثاء 7/18/17 بالمكونات التالية: الأرز الأبيض والفاصوليا السوداء والسوفريتا والطماطم والذرة والأفوكادو. أصبت بالمرض مع الحمى والغثيان بعد حوالي 12 ساعة، وتفاقمت الأعراض منذ ذلك الحين مع الصداع والغثيان والقيء والإسهال والحمى المستمرة. هذا هو اليوم الرابع الآن.

Had food picked up from this Chipolte and ate it at the hospital just after the birth of my child. Had the tacos with no meat (fajita veggies, pico de Gallo, cheese, and black beans) as well as guac and chips. I ate at around 2 pm.… شاهد المزيد
