On Saturday 2/23/19, I purchased the “fresh” goat cheese and sundried tomato pasta, spinach & Kale dip, organic broccoli.
I prepared the pasta according to the directions, and added salsa that was purchased also.
I ate at about 9:00 PM that evening.

The only thing I ate different that night was an Arby’s brisket sandwich. Haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years, woke up in middle of the night with horrendous stomach cramps that lasted the better part of a day. Some vomiting and diarrhea but not severe. حصلت على شطيرة (نادي الصياد) منهم لتناول طعام الغداء، وبعد ساعات قليلة بدأت أشعر بالانتفاخ والرغبة في التقيؤ. بدأ جسدي يتألم في كل مكان في المساء وكنت أعاني من إسهال سيء حقًا طوال الليل. لقد مر يوم تقريبًا وما زلت أعاني من الحمى وأشعر بالغثيان الشديد.
