I had a chicken bacon ranch salad from Subway and the chicken was slightly slimy and the spinach did not taste well. I only ate half of the salad but had very aggressive diarrhea and nausea almost an hour after and for the next 4 days. I do not recommend this to anyone. على 3/19/19 وجبة نباتية على الخطوط الجوية الأمريكية، حوالي 30 دقيقة بعد تناول gnocchi مع مارينارا والسبانخ، سلطة وكوكتيل الفاكهة، بدأت أشعر بألم في المعدة، أغمي عليه، تقيأ بعنف، كان قشعريرة وتعرق، وآلام شديدة أسفل الظهر، وفي وقت لاحق، الإسهال. استمر هذا حتى اليوم التالي.
