Six bowl -bbq chicken, cauliflower mash, Parisian broccoli, basil mushroom, sweet potatoes noodles, coconut and Sriracha sauce.  I only ate half of the bbq chicken. It tasted burnt and off.  Started pretty soon after I ate. Still having a lot of abdominal pain.  Gurgling.    | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, آخر

Take out food- a four bowl rice quinoa Parmesan broccoli chicken with avacado on side and citrus avacado dressing. On 10/23/18 for lunch. I ate a "6 bowl" with greens and extra chicken. Within a few hours I experienced nauseau and an upset stomach. I didn't sleep at all- I just laid on the bathroom floor, hoping to feel better.
