Seis taças de frango com churrasco, purê de couve-flor, brócolis parisienses, cogumelo de manjericão, macarrão de batata doce, coco e molho Sriracha. Só comi metade do frango com churrasco. Take out food- a four bowl rice quinoa Parmesan broccoli chicken with avacado on side and citrus avacado dressing. On 10/23/18 for lunch. Sick about 11 hours later vomit and diirrea at same time , terrible. Still feeling ill 630am. Cannot leave my house for work started sick 1am 10/24/18  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Vomitando

I ate a "6 bowl" with greens and extra chicken. Within a few hours I experienced nauseau and an upset stomach. I didn't sleep at all- I just laid on the bathroom floor, hoping to feel better.
