Six bols - poulet barbecue, purée de chou-fleur, brocoli parisien, champignon basilic, nouilles patates douces, noix de coco et sauce Sriracha. Je n'ai mangé que la moitié du poulet barbecue. Take out food- a four bowl rice quinoa Parmesan broccoli chicken with avacado on side and citrus avacado dressing. On 10/23/18 for lunch. Sick about 11 hours later vomit and diirrea at same time , terrible. Still feeling ill 630am. Cannot leave my house for work started sick 1am 10/24/18  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements

I ate a "6 bowl" with greens and extra chicken. Within a few hours I experienced nauseau and an upset stomach. I didn't sleep at all- I just laid on the bathroom floor, hoping to feel better.
