Take out food- a four bowl rice quinoa Parmesan broccoli chicken with avacado on side and citrus avacado dressing. On 10/23/18 for lunch. Sick about 11 hours later vomit and diirrea at same time , terrible. Still feeling ill 630am. Cannot leave my house for work started sick 1am 10/24/18 | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
