مساء أمس أكل Meximelt من تاكوبيل, وصلت إلى المنزل مع آلام المعدة hirrabke المستمرة تبعت إرهاق الغثيان و Extrrem diariah, ألم فظيع في فتحة الشرج كذلك. ما زلت مريضًا هذا الصباح, أتصل بجرس تاكو المحلي في أسرع وقت ممكن وأذهب إلى الدكتور إن لم يكن أفضل بحلول صباح الغد!  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, ألم المعدة
