昨天晚上吃了 tacobell 的 Meximelt，在我恶心疲劳和 Extrrem diariah 之后，持续的 hirrabke 胃痛回到家，肛门也有可怕的疼痛。今天早上还生病, 我要尽快给我当地的炸玉米饼钟打电话，明天早上去找医生，如果不是更好的话!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

Ate a chicken quesadilla, for one it was too flat an really really hot like it was sitting on a heater, not only that it was stuck to the aluminun foil that it came in.. i think it was sitting up there awhile. I been up air diarrhea an vomiting since 12am it is now 7:50am  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

The shell in my Mexican pizza was rancid.... I've never felt so sick. I only ate a portion while I was trying to figure out where that horrible taste was coming from. I actually thought maybe it was just me But I regret every bite now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had two chicken grilled stuff burritos for dinner and now I have had diarrhea for 4 straight hours. Stomach feels like war and I am vomiting chucks of the burrito. Not good at all. Will never go back to death bell  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
