Yesterday evening ate Meximelt from tacobell, got home with ongoing hirrabke stomach pains folowed my nausea fatigue and Extrrem diariah, horrible pain in by anus as well. Still sick this morning, am calling my local taco bell asap and going to Dr if not better by tomorrow morning!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ate a chicken quesadilla, for one it was too flat an really really hot like it was sitting on a heater, not only that it was stuck to the aluminun foil that it came in.. i think it was sitting up there awhile. I been up air diarrhea an vomiting since 12am it is now 7:50am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate a bean burrito and soft steak taco, nothing else since a bowl of Special K at breakfast. Two hours after eating at Taco Bell, I started suffering from very significant stomach cramping & lasted for many hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
