ate cookie crisp and have the worst stomach ache imaginable. sharp cramps, chills, nausea, and the worst diarrhea that won't stop. My stomach is constantly growling and turning. The discomfort is unreal, and I just want to throw up.

Purchased rib eye steak. Well within the expiration period. Wasn’t feel sick at all yesterday, made the steak at night and woke up with stomach hurting, diarrhea, vomiting, and cold chills.
