I eat only one meal a day and last night that was a Pollo Bowl. It tasted off but I thought it was maybe new seasonings. Today at 3am I woke up to a horrible case of diarrhea. By 4:30 a headache came. I felt cold, clamy... and dehydrated with no fever. A little after 8am, I got up and moving around. This triggered an epic bout of vomiting. This lasted for about 10 minutes. The diarrhea continued until after 8:30am. It's currently 8:50 and I don't think these symptoms are completely gone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Dehydration

This afternoon Chicken Kchik fast food at Nairobi Cinema is a food poisoning factory with no accountability. I order 1 fries and half a chicken. The fries were OK. The chicken was not. They made sure to over cook the chicken but he chicken had a funky... smell, foul taste..rottng meat. Complained but we were dismissed and asked what what's the worst we can do?! I asked if the staff have a health cert, the answer was no and that they were only there to cover absent employees. No replacement chicken was given neither a refund on the money. We were told to stop complaining while other customers were eating.

I'm a man in my 70's and know how my 'system' works. Sometimes it's a few things that combined together starts a bout of lower digestive tract. I'm diabetic and I'm very careful of what I eat. I bought red grapes at Walmart and a few hours... later I was very sick with Diarrhea. I took some Imodium and didn't eat the red grapes for 2 days. Then I ate only 5 grapes and a few hours later I was very sick with Diarrhea again. My digestive tract was very noisy about 1 hour after eating the grapes. I can't say with 100% certainty it was the grapes because sometimes combination of different foods can throw me off. If I go off of my usual diet. This has happened before with Walmart grapes though. Strangely my wife ate 4 grapes and different other food and she was sick too. Not as bad as me though. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
