Big Mac  I am the only one that got sick. I bought a Big Mac and 5 and a half hours later I started feeling very nauseous and very bad stomach pain. I tried drinking some water to see if it would help it but after a few minutes I started vomiting.   | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Big Mac meal  Yesterday around 5pm I ate Big Mac meal with fries and a large sprite, I was fine until. 3 AM I woke up with sharp pain and went to the restroom to find out I had Diarrhea, been having it since 3AM.. time now is 10:23 and still feel uncomfortable in stomach.
