Two of my young bogs got boston cream donut from Tim Hortans and they got a stomach bug . With all these symptoms. This is not the first time the last time they got this sick, they had eaten chocolate chip muffin.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
